BOOTY BLAST X POWER CORE
A 45 minutes class focus on training glutes and core with some cardio involved.
Fret not! As cheesy the class name is, the main focus here is to ensure you are able to engage your glutes and core (abdominal muscles) well within a short timeframe, a much efficient workout to get some booty gains and improve core strength.
FAT BURN HIIT
Burn fat during this 45 minute HIIT class focusing on agility and speed with rapid, explosive movements and agility drills.
Various equipments such as free weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, punchbag and many more are used to get you burning calories with optimal heart rate zone. This is going to get your heart pumping in no time.
Best of all, you will experience the “afterburn” effect which allows you to burn more calories after class!
