ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING OR HOME WORKOUT TO HELP ME KEEP FIT DURING CIRCUIT BREAKER ?

Hi Friends of Oompf, this is Agnes.

Hope you are all adjusting to life during this Circuit Breaker time. It’s not easy to keep our discipline of working out to stay fit and healthy when we are so used to having our Personal Trainer by our side. Well one thing is certain – if we do nothing, we will surely regress in our fitness ; our bodies are meant to move! I told myself that I would not let that happen so like many out there, I found myself adjusting to life online including my Personal Training sessions. Actually it was an easier adjustment than I thought it would be. Once I had the logstics set up with Zoom (an option) and my earpiece ( so that I can hear my trainer’s cues better), I was set and now it has become “business as usual”! I am proud of the fact that I have not missed a single PT session since I started my online training 2 weeks ago. I refuse to let Covid 19 derail my fitness regime, maybe that explains why I am training even harder! And am very encouraged that my In-Body results today showed I regained muscle mass and lost almost 2 percent of body fat! This is by far the best result I have achieved so I am even more motivated to keep going!

I am also happy to share how some of our clients are adjusting to this new way of training :

If you feel that you are not ready yet to try online Personal Training with your trainer, don’t fret, we have a weekly set of exercises that target working the total body for you to workout at home. We would like to support each and everyone of you to maintain your fitness regime during this difficult time and will continue to make available online Personal Training and a weekly refreshed set of self workout exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. Whatever you choose, just don’t let Circuit Breaker break your training!

We would also love to hear from you how you are keeping healthy during this Circuit Breaker period. Your stories and ideas may be inspirational and encourage others to keep healthy! Send your stories or feedback to us at [email protected]
